Hey Biz Starters!

Before you ask, no, I donโ€™t have a Black Friday deal.

I know, I know. Everyone else is shouting โ€œLAST CHANCE!โ€ in all caps and throwing confetti.
Meanwhile, Iโ€™m keeping my prices right where they belong: fair, proven, and worth it.

Iโ€™m so confident in what weโ€™ve built that Iโ€™m giving my entire team: Richard, Ana, Rajesh, Sam, Maina, April, and Lin โ†’ time off from November 24 to January 2.

Yep. No newsletter. No calls. No meetings.

I secretly think they canโ€™t wait.
But the businesses? Theyโ€™ll still be running. Systems will still be selling. Sales will still be churning, because we built it that way.

Vault drops are already scheduled, Gemini HQ customers can still submit a support ticket for assistance, and the brokerage and learning academy? Completely self-sustaining.

Being able to step away from your business and still have a business is the real flex.

In fact, Iโ€™m on vacation this week and nothingโ€™s getting missed.

I actually share how you can set this up in your own business right here.

If that kind of freedom sounds good to you, hereโ€™s the part where Iโ€™ll break the rule a bit, because if you do want to run a Black Friday sale, thereโ€™s a smart way to do it. Try this:

1. Sell the outcome, not the discount.

People donโ€™t care about โ€œ20% off.โ€ They want results, relief, or revenue. Lead with that.

2. Add a bonus, not a markdown.

Stack value instead of slashing prices. Add something irresistible, a mini audit, private session, or upgrade.

3. Time-box it with confidence.

Keep it short , 48 hours max. Donโ€™t beg for sales. Set the window and stick to it.

4. Reward the loyal, not the random.

Make it a private offer for your subscribers, past clients, or VIPs. Exclusive always beats cheap.

Thatโ€™s how you stand out in a sea of 50%-off chaos, with intention, not desperation.

Show Donโ€™t Tell โ€” The Tool That Keeps Me Sane

Loom is my go-to for showing, not telling, no meetings, no endless threads, just clear communication on demand.

If youโ€™re ready to get some of those hours back, this tool does the heavy lifting.

You know whatโ€™s better than another meeting? A Loom video.

I use Loom to send quick messages, walk clients through designs, record mini-trainings, and demo workflows, all without scheduling a single call.
Itโ€™s how I save hours every week and keep projects moving even when Iโ€™m offline.

Here are 4 ways any entrepreneur can use Loom in their business:

1. Quick Client Updates
Record a 2-minute walkthrough instead of writing a long email. Show progress, explain decisions, and keep clients in the loop โ€” fast.

2. Onboarding Made Easy
Create reusable videos that explain your process, expectations, and deliverables once, then share them with every new client or team member.

3. Training & SOPs
Use Loom to document how you complete recurring tasks. Hand it off to your VA or team so things run smoothly when youโ€™re out.

4. Product & Service Demos
Record personalized walkthroughs that show prospects exactly how your offer works, no live call needed.

Loom gives you back time, clarity, and sanity โ€” all with one click.
