Let me tell you about the morning I realized automation isn’t a luxury—it’s survival.

So there I was, stumbling into the kitchen, ready to start my day like a normal, functioning adult. I press the magic coffee button, expecting my liquid motivation to start brewing.

Nothing.

Not a drop. Not a gurgle. Just silence.

My coffee maker, my most trusted morning ally, betrayed me.

In a desperate act of survival, I did what any reasonable person would do—I smacked it. (Technical troubleshooting, obviously.) But the machine had made up its mind: "Not today, Sherry."

And let me tell you, trying to run a business without coffee is a risk even I wouldn’t take.

This little caffeine catastrophe made me realize something:

▪️Lead tracking & CRM systems are necessary so you don’t let hot leads go cold because you’re too busy juggling everything.

The Key to Automation? Make It Work For You, Not Against You

Listen, I’m all for automation—but don’t let it turn you into a robotic, faceless brand. The trick is to automate the tasks, but never the human connection.

So here’s your challenge: Find one thing in your business that you can automate this week. Your future self will thank you.

As for me? I’m off to buy a backup coffee maker. Because some things should never be left to chance.
