🎯Why I Stopped Selling Single Sessions & Custom Packages

Welcome to another edition of The Biz Starter!
I hope you are enjoying your June so far.
In the past two weeks, I’ve been to…
a winery in Columbus, Ohio🍷
a farm in West Virginia (don’t ask 🙄)
a breeder and beach in Delaware🐶
All while not missing a beat in my businesses. Yes, I have a small support team, but mostly because I set up my business so that it would not require my constant presence.
Let's assume part of your vision is to be successful in your business...now!
Not later.
Not someday.
Think about what you can add to your offers to strengthen your business.
Over the last 15+ years, I've created hundreds of courses, and scaling my business with online courses has completely changed my business & lifestyle.
Before I had online courses, I was burning out from 1:1 clients or group sessions.
It was too much time and energy, so I created my first online course, then my second, and kept going until I built programs to get quicker wins for my clients
…without being bogged down with 20-40 consulting sessions a week.
Before I knew it, I had dozens of online programs that each created several income streams for my business!
I do minimal work to market my programs (usually one or two email marketing campaigns per month and two evergreen webinars).
Zero work to deliver it.
And minimal time to support course participants.
The one thing I do in my online courses is Program Progress Calls 1-2 times per week (which my customers are obsessed with🤗).
✔️No FB groups.
✔️No Live Q&As.
✔️No Late Night Hours
From that support, 54% of my customers purchased other products, courses, and consulting packages from my collection of offers last year.
That’s from EVERY course! I can’t tell you how huge this is.
I know how important it is to free up your time.
I know how important it is to have repeat revenue so you can stay in business.
Look, I'm not trying to convince you to create courses...it's not for anyone who doesn’t want to share what they know. But I want you to succeed in your business without burning out and with the maximum chance of reaching consistent revenue.
If what you’re doing now in your business IS creating consistent monthly revenue...that’s wonderful. I'm super happy for you! 🤗
