Chicago folks? They want to see you. Shake your hand. Look you in the eye while asking how your mamaโs doing. And honestly? I respect it.
Business still runs on relationships here, and showing up matters. So Iโm here, boots on the ground, building trust, growing Gemini, and planting real roots for our brokerage team as we expand into new markets and new partnerships.
Speaking of, which brings me to the real MVP of the week: the sweet woman at 11 City Diner who gave me unsolicited life advice and a pastrami on rye that had no business being that good. One bite and I was full. Of flavor and perspective.
